setter sets to the attacker.

defenders MUST touch the floor before receiving the ball
setters just give the ball a nice and high toss/bump to give the spiker time
attackers, when spiking! spiking arm must be straight up, shoulder back before spikes!! and swing across the body! do not stop at the contact point(this will give the ball more of an arc trajectory instead of a flat one.
