This tennis drill, as the name suggests, looks at turning a running defensive style play into an attacking situation.
.First ball is fed deep into the right-handers backhand (shot should be hit back deep crosscourt)
.2nd ball is fed deep into the right-handers forehand (shot should be hit yet again back deep crosscourt)
.3rd ball should be an approach shot to the forehand that is hit down the line
.Final ball is a volley cross court at the net, that should be put away, in an attempt to mimic not allowing the other play to reach the volleyed shot.
