The players are to play against each other, no coach is need. The training works as follows. The player plays starts playing the ball cross and as a underhand groundstroke to start a rally with the opposing player. After the second ball that is played cross the player changes to a longline where the opposing player plays its cross. This pattern alternates between the two players.
Each partner group has 3 lives, you lose a life if the ball is out. Only singles court is to be played.
