Organization- Scholars will line up on base line while coach gives an introduction of this activity.
Description- Scholars will form 2 lines facing each other one line on the baseline the other right in front of the semi-circle mark. The Scholars thats lined up on the baseline will have a ball. when told to, The scholars holding the ball on the baseline will begin to throw it to the paired partner using the technique that coach demonstrated in the introduction. (Thumbs down, Palms out)
Each of the scholars are stationary in between throwing passes. The Chest pass will be direct towards the opposing scholars chest with targeted hands.
Coaching points- Coaches would make sure the scholars are throwing the ball correctly.
Progression - Scholars should feel confidence after each pass is being made.
