All Scholars will first follow coach's movements and repeat what coach does
Coach will perform a 10 second series of defensive slides, jumping up & down and quick feet/foot fire
Afterwards, coach will high-five a scholar for he/she to lead class and perform their 10 seconds series
It will continue to repeat choosing a different scholar
