Basketball Drill Demonstration


Set out 10-20 tall cones around the room (depending on size of class) have kids dribble up to cones and bounce the ball 2-4 times before knocking down the cone with their chest pass.

Coaching points

Encourage kids to bounce & Catch. Once they've completed the bounce and catch encourage the kids to use their chest pass to knock down the cone.
