Pase Shoot defense

Very useful format and descriptions of drills. I am using Sportplan...

DESCRIPTION

  1. There are four offense players and four defense players
  2. The offense has to pase the ball around and the laset one to get the ball has to shoot from were they are.
  3. The player with the ball has to pivit
  4. The player with out the ball can run around 
  5. The defense can get the ball by stopping a pase,if the the goes out,the offense miss the shoot and,if the player with the ball starts walking the defense gets the ball.
