Have 2 groups (one of 7 one of 8) have the bigger group the less developed and the group of more developed at both ends of the courts. 6 stations will be placed in and around the the shooting D. Each individual has a ball and they take it in turns to shoot at the hoop when they make a successful shot they can move to the next station, the team to have the most people at the furthest cones win (time limit is what time i have left)
