The two teams have to try and score but they are not aloud to dribble with the ball. They must move into the free spaces to get the pass once a player has the ball they must stay still and can only pivot on one foot. All other players must move around to get the ball down to shoot.
Defending team may steal the ball and intercept but once they have the ball they must pass to the hoop.
