Team pairs up 1 Attacker and 1 denfender.
Pairs start on the base line the Attacker will move forward towards mid-court. The Defender will stand in front of the attacker and get into the tripple threat position facing the Attacker. When the Attacker moves forward the Defender will shuffle backwards trying to stay in front of the attacker all the way to mid-court.
Once at mid-court the players will switch so the attacker will become the defender and move back across the court towards the base line.
Space cones out in a zig zag pattern along the court making sure the cones are well spaced.
