The aim of this warm up is to get the particpants used to attacking with the ball. The group will be lined up in single filke one behind eachother at the half line. one person will dribble the ball towards the D where a defender shall be placed. the person with ball must go past the defender either going left or right then shoot a basket. The defenders job is to stop you from getting round by taking the ball or stopping the shot. After one person has had their go the next person will go and theyll go back to the back of line.
