Bottom Drill
Ball starts at the middle cone. The ball is passed to the player stood on the cone to the right, which from here will pass the ball to the player opposite them on the cone to the left of the original ball carrier. The original ball carrier will then take two steps froward and receive the ball, which from here they will shoot at the hoop.
Top Drill
Players on the right will run to the cone closest to the hoop with the ball. They will then attempt a layup, whilst this is happening one player from the cone to the left will run into the layup zone and receive the rebound. They will then carry the ball to the cone on the right and pass the ball to the player at the front and join the back of the queue.
