DESCRIPTION

Game 2 - Pitta Pattar drill.

Coach is the commander and will signal instructions using his hands.

Kids must follow up, maintaining fitness and endurance.

Signals:

  • Fist = move your feet in a defensvive position while staying stationary with hands up.
  • Left = defensive slide to the left
  • Right = defensive slide to the right
  • Forward = sprint forward
  • Back = back pedal
  • Whistle blow = drop down and do 3 push ups

1 minute rounds, rest and repeat.
