GAME 1 - DRIBBLE KNOCKOUT, 15 minutes (done together as a group)
SET-UP:
Create a circle of cones in the middle of the court that will symbolise a boundry.
All children are inside the circle, with a basketball.
The aim of the game is to dribble your basketball inside the circle, while attempting to knockout other people's basketball, without fouling or contacting them.
If a child's ball goes outside the circle, than they must sit on the outside of the circle, until the next round starts.
The game is played until there is 1 person remaining.
If the game is taking too long, than the coach will countdown from 20 seconds, forcing children to start knocking other people's basketballs.
