Skill 2 - Zig Zag Dribbling
SET-UP: Blue markers represent cones, Orange markers = pizzas.
Set up the drill like in the image.
How the drill works:
Players dribble through the two cones in front of them, dribbles around the top cones, comes back and dribbles through the two cones again, then gives the ball to the next players in line.
GOAL - Not to hit the cone with the basketball
VARIATIONS:
- Start with right hand only
- Left hand only
- Crossovers
- 2-ball dribbling through the cones
Each variation goes for 2-3 minutes.
