Hi Jess,

We have just checked your account and unfortunately you have not cancelled your basketball membership. To complete the cancellation, please follow the instructions below to cancel your membership:

  1. Log into your account and go to the "Manage Account / Profile" option in the drop down menu that is in the top right corner
  2. Select "Memberships" in the opened window
  3. Now click "Manage Memberships", tick the checkbox of the membership you wish to end and then click "Update Memberships"
  4. You'll just need to complete a very short feedback form
  5. Finally, click "Update Memberships" at the bottom of the page

Please make sure you have visual confirmation that the account has been cancelled. A red cancellation message will appear on the screen.

After these steps, no further payments will be taken from your account. Your membership will remain active until your next payment is due but on that date your membership will be downgraded instead.
