Simple competive shooting
I need a competive shooting drill for women ages between 18 and 30 as thats the age group that im coaching. Nothing to complicated as they the league is not too serious but i want my team. To have the edge

One of our recent community drills has a great idea for improving your players shooting through a bit of friendly competition.
The drill below is simple to understand and a great way to get some confidence in to your players shooting as well as having fun with the practice.

Make it Rain
DESCRIPTION
Split teams equally and form lines behind a cone with a ball In a relay fashion, one player from each team dribbles the ball out to a cone They try shoot the ball in to the hoop from the cone they choose If they score they bring the cone back, if not then they leave it Black cones = 3 points green cones = 2 points orange cones = 1 point Play until all cones are gone
