Are there any standardised shooting tests I can use to measure and compare performers shooting percentage? I have laredy found free throw averages and so was looking for shots from the block possibly or anything else than anyone may know of. Thanks!
There is no standardized shooting tests as such, but there are percentage ranges you want your players to be shooting from particular spots. Percentage Ranges for practice(No Defenders) Free Throws-80%+ 2pt Field Goal- 60%+ 3pt Field Goal- 50%+ These are what players should be striving for. So just mark out different spots on the court. Have players shoot out of 10 or more and track made and missed shots.
