Volleyball Drill Demonstration
Players start with the ball in one hand.
- Players lift the ball across their body and allow it to bounce once.
- Players side-step following the movement of the ball, ensuring they are in position for the next stage of the drill.
- Now catch the ball in their other hand and repeat in the opposite direction.
This is a good warm up, for getting players to feel the ball and getting on their toes as they follow the flight of the ball.
