Set up as shown with two cones in one corner of the court. The player at the ends where the cones are works on their serve, with the receiver returning the ball cross court, aiming to hit it between the cones.
It is important that players don't waste time while waiting for other players to serve. If there is larger group of players on the court, coach should split them between serves and returners. Servers work on their serves and rotate after 2-4 shots. Returners work on their returns and rotate after 2-4 shots. Players who are waiting for their turns can pick up balls or make additional effort while doing specific physical exercises (Shuffle step, Throwing medicine ball etc).
