Everyone on team serves short serves going one direction and long serves going the other (short means first 10-11 ft, long means last 6-7 ft). Team must serve until everyone makes one short and one long. When server makes their serve, they run to the other side. If server misses serve, they stay on serving side and continue serving (normally players take turns until they make their serve.) Tally the team score for shorts and for longs. This becomes the baseline. Team must meet or beat # of attempts established during baseline. Every serve over baseline = one line running or some undesirable consequence. Variations - give consequences for various undesireable conditions / results - two misses in a row, net serves, miss first serve, etc... I typicall use volleyball suicides as my consequence. 1 over = .5 suicide.
