Volleyball Drill Demonstration


Individual Setting:

1.Set to self side ways.

2. Set to self backwards.

3. Set top self lunges.

4. Set to self grapevine.

Pairs Setting:

1. One player on the net, one player on the attack line.

2. Jump Set three metres apart (Attack line to net).

3. Jump Set 6 metres apart (Net to Position 6).


Coaching points

1. Point shoulders to target.

2. Ball in front of eyes.
