Players work on controling the ball and eye hand coordiantion.
Partners pair up across the net, 1 player is on the side of the basket of balls with a racquet; the other player is on the opposite side holding a cone (opening side up) Player with the racquet turns body in FH position and gently taps/hits the ball to the partner who than trys to catch the ball in the cone If a player catches the ball in the cone they take a cone from the line up as a point Once the cones are gone the game is over and who ever has the most cones win! Players than switch sides and repeat unitl all players have played both positions
