DRILL TYPE: Partners
SETUP: Place small nets on the center service line; 2 at the service boxes, 2 at the backcourt.
MISSION:
1. Players are in pairs with a orange ball and cones.
2. Maximum of 6 two pairs spread out on opposite side of the net, facing each other 4 to 6 feet apart.
3. Both have a cone, one partner has a ball, and take turns feeding the ball.
4. Feeder tosses the ball to his or her partner who lets the ball bounce once and catches the ball in the cone.
5. Then toss the ball back to his or her partner and that partner does the same thing.
6. The object is to move your partner from left to right.
Make sure players keep their feet moving and knees bent.
