Assuming 24 total kids, split into 3 different groups of 4 doubles teams. Play a round robin in each group, with each match being best of 3-5 games. Each team adds up the total number of games they won, and the team that won the most games in their group can skip running at the end of practice.
Should be a fun day for some doubles match play. Encourage mixed doubles teams or partners that aren't typically together.
