DESCRIPTION

Recover centrally after each throw

1. player moves out to play an open stance FH

2. player steps into the court and plays closed stance BH

3. Player runs round the ball to catch it and plays a inside out FH

COACHING POINTS

throw ball high so player has time to run round for inside out. 

on the inside out FH the players weight should follow through to the target.
