DESCRIPTION

Series of progression drills for the forehand.

  • For younger kids use smaller rackets and foam or low compression balls.
  • Start by pairing your players and having them stand facing each other about two meters apart.
  • One player starts with a self hit about head high and then alternates with the other player hitting the ball to a common area between them, you can use a target landing area to help such as a hoops.

Safety:

  • Ensure players are well spread out.
