DESCRIPTION

Lines and Cones are put down on the court to make three separate ZONES OF DEPTH on the court.

Players practice hitting using the various zones and learn how to segment their swings and what makes the ball go short or deep over the net.

  • Green Zone- Up at the net, hit the ball gently over the net. The swing size is from head to shoulder.
  • Yellow Zone- hit the ball softly over the net. The swing size is from knee to knee.
  • Red Zone- hit the ball little hard over the net. The swing size is from hip to knee. (Example take racquet back to a little T).
