1. Players form two or three teams in a relay formation behind the baseline facing the net.
2. Basket of tennis Balls are placed at the baseline with a row of cones lined up toward net for each team.
3. Players in turn put the ball on their racket, zigzag through cones to the net, and flip ball over the net.
4. Run back to baseline zigzagging through the cones. First team to complete their shots and be seated at the baseline wins.
