The deep players rally the ball back and forth between one another.
The yellow receiver's partner attempts to intercept the ball down the middle or to feet of net player opponent.
Once the ball has been intercepted the point is live.
The players rotate clockwise round the court after 2 rallies so that each player gets to play in each position.
This drill is pretty demanding unless the players are very advanced.
The coach might have to adapt as appropriate if the players find the task too demanding.
