1). Fh wide xcourt +recovery around the cone x8 then rotate players

2) As above Bh x8

3) Number 8 pattern drill :Fh xcourt + Bh xcourt x8 with recovery between the cones

4) Fh defensive xcourt + Bh attack xcourt x8

5) As above other way

COACHING POINTS

- each time max 2 players in a drill, other 2 performing footwork drill or picking up while jogging
