Using only half a court, diagonallly, the two players must hit the ball cross-court to eachother whilst moving up the court. Once the two players reach the net, they must move backwards to the baseline, at the same time as hitting the ball back and forth. This drill include groundstrokes, mid-court shots and volleys.
