1) Players start at green arrow
2) Player runs forward to first red cone and does a circle around it and so on
3) Player then side steps to first blue cone and then shuffle backwards on zig zag pattern
4) Once reach to baseline blue cone, goes to ladder to do some agility foot work.
5) Repeat 2 or 3 times
