DESCRIPTION

Two players face each other and press the ball trying to make the other lose balance while running sideways.

COACHING POINTS

This drill forces players to be in the ready position and run with bent knees. The torso should be slightly bowed, giving a lower centre of gravity.

If you have thera-band tapes or something similar, you can tie these to both legs, therefore increasing lower limbs effort.
