Solid game based on fundamental principles

The ability to switch from neutral shots to offensive ones is crucial to put pressure on the opponent and win more points. Players who are able to be consistent and use opportunities to step inside the baseline are much more difficult to beat.

What's in the Session?

Tennis is a game of reactions. We can predict the type of the shot that the opponent tends to hit but we can never be sure where the ball will land. That is why we start this session by pushing the players to react as quickly as possible to hit shots. The drills are focused on quick footwork and movement to get into a good position to hit the ball.

This is then progressed into rallying before finally looking at ending the rally with a winner!
