Get your players finishing off points faster by implementing the forehand drive into their play! By plucking the ball out of the air and driving it against the opposition, you'll find your players on the front foot, taking the advantage and winning the point faster.
What's in the session?
Get your players moving about the court and using the forehand drive, as well as understanding the benefits of doing so, to use it whilst under pressure. With drills such as deep and short, get your players comfortable with moving toward the net and hitting the ball out of the air, creating patterns which they can use on court.
Work on their tactical thinking - so they know when to hit the right shot - and make sure that their movement is perfect to make a great forehand drive. Give your players the advantage with this session!
