DESCRIPTION

Walk across the court doing lunges. Step out in front and bend both legs 90°.

COACHING POINTS

  • Slow and controlled movement
  • Hands on hips
  • Make sure knee is at a right angle, if not they are stepping too far out
  • Keep back straight
