Linsent, Tennis coach

DESCRIPTION

The player bounces the ball up using the racquet. The player has to perform one bounce on each side of the line. While performing this action, the player has to move forward.

COACHING POINTS

In this drill the player works on control, and coordination. The coach can use this activity as a competition to make sure that kids are highly involved from the first minutes of the lesson.
