DESCRIPTION

Player faces the wall while handling TRX. The player steps across the body and holds this position for 2 seconds before alternating legs.

COACHING POINTS

This exercise is a great opportunity to improve flexibility and also to strengthen the lower body. Player should remember to keep upper body straight and to maintain tension on straps at all times.
