4 pairs of cones are set around the player (back, right, left, front). The player runs to the first pair of cones and cross the line between the cones with the right leg. The player returns to the center and repeat this movement to the rest of cones
In this drill, the player works on few aspects at the same time. Speed and agility are improved by running to the cones and quickly changing direction. Additionally, using only right leg to cross the line will help to improve loading of this leg and sharp recovery e.g from the open stance forehand.
