DESCRIPTION

  • Player works with resistance band.
  • Player maintains the same elbow position during the whole exercise and rotates shoulder internally.

COACHING POINTS

In this drill, player takes care of injury prevention. Rotator cuff has to deal with a lot of pressure during every practice session so players have to make sure that they conduct specific exercises to not miss weeks of training because of injury. Every day activities focused on shoulders injury prevention should be included before the practice to optimally prepare for the work.
