DESCRIPTION

Using TRX equipment each player faces the wall. The player then performs back lunge with one leg without touching the ground (leg stays in the air)

COACHING POINTS

In this drill, players work on leg's strength and balance. Players have to remember to keep proper posture while working with trx (upper body straight)
