DESCRIPTION

  • Set up as shown in the video.
  • Player uses little steps to move diagonally backwards to the left and to the right.

COACHING POINTS

  • By doing little steps, player strengthens their leg muscles and completes multiple repetitions at a high intensity.
  • Doing a few sets of this exercise before or at the beginning of a practice is a great way to step up the physical intensity and get ready for quality hitting right from the start.
