Sportplan has been very helpful in guiding me through my first year...
Bill, Newly qualified coach

DESCRIPTION

  • Player stands in the middle of the court.
  • Cones are set up on the right sideline.
  • Player has one ball in hand, performing side jumps on their right leg and puts ball on the cone.

COACHING POINTS

  • In this drill player works on strength and balance of one leg.
  • By jumping sideways and maintaining balance, the player learns how to control their body posture on a single leg.
