DESCRIPTION

Hands to your toes. Slowly walk them forward out into a plank position. Hold for a second. Then walk the feet in using little steps to meet the hands.

COACHING POINTS

  • Strong core
  • Don't let the back dip
  • If they aren't flexible enough then feet and hands don't have to meet- they should get them as far as they can without over stretching.
  • Hands directly under the shoulders.
  • Keep legs straight
