The player performs high knees over the cone. Pattern includes 3 steps on the right side and 3 steps on the left side of the cone.
In this drill, the player works on speed, coordination and power. Coach should look for fluid movement as also remind players to bring knees as high as they can. Players tend to lower the knees at the end of the exercise when they are tired.
