Tennis: Froggy push-ups

DESCRIPTION

Player jumps forward (with both legs) and performs a regular push-up.

This exercise is a good way to warm up both their lower and upper body before the practice.

COACHING POINTS

Coach should pay attention to jumps (both legs should work at the same time to prevent imbalance) and push-up (body goes down as a unit).

Where possible perform this exercise on grass / soft ground.
