Player puts legs on bench and performs push-ups.

COACHING POINTS

In this drill, Player works on their upper-body strength. Doing push-ups is a great way to warm up or to work on strength so players should incorporate these exercises into weekly routine. It is important to change difficulty of this drill to constantly improve, so one of the variations is to put legs higher than the rest of the body.
