DESCRIPTION

The player stands on balance platforms, and performs regular squats, while maintaining balance.

COACHING POINTS

In this drill the player works on strength and balance at the same time. The coach should look for good technique (knees behind the toes, straight back) to achieve good improvements and avoid injuries.
