Foot Twist

Move the feet from a central standing position to both the right and left. Keep the chest and head facing forward.

Hopping (1 to same 1).

Lift one foot off the ground, with thigh horizontal. hop around the gym space on the same foot.

Hurdle Step on to platform and jump off.

From a one step 'run-up' jump on to platform. Jump off making a straight shape during flight. Land with flexed knees and with feet together.
